The final cost of the express delivery service from China depends on several factors:
Distance from the sender’s city to the recipient’s city in Ukraine
Weight of the shipment

Type and specifics of the goods
We handle the delivery of any goods, except for those types included in the list of dangerous goods and prohibited items according to the Customs Code of Ukraine.
The main advantage of express delivery is speed. The shipment arrives to the customer in 7-10 days. These timelines already include the procurement of goods from the supplier, regardless of their location. Thus, the supplier does not need to send the goods to a warehouse, and the customer does not have to pay additional costs. The tariff includes all expenses, including all customs duties.
A well-developed partner network that allows for the same-day procurement of a shipment from a supplier. China has a sufficient number of international airports, thanks to which the goods get on board the aircraft promptly, and the customer receives the purchase exactly within the agreed timeframe.
The final cost is calculated not only based on the actual weight. The space occupied by the cargo in the aircraft — the volumetric weight — also plays an important role. It reflects the density of the shipment. To calculate this parameter correctly, a special formula has been developed:
Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 5000 = Volumetric Weight (kg)
The specific weight is calculated separately for each individual item in the shipment. The total cargo weight is the sum of the maximum values of the volumetric or actual weight of each box. To avoid misunderstandings and conflicts during receipt and payment, we recommend checking the full packing list of the cargo before shipping
According to Article 196 of the Customs Code of Ukraine, the following goods are prohibited for transportation:
Food products
Personal belongings, including those packed in luggage
Medicines, dietary supplements, and vitamins
Branded items, replicas, and copies
Explosive and highly flammable materials
Retail purchases of goods for personal use
