Goods prohibited for air freight
Certain categories of goods are prohibited from air transport due to safety risks or international regulations. These include:
- Hazardous substances: explosives, flammable liquids, gases, chemicals, unlabelled batteries.
- Weapons and ammunition: all types of weapons, cartridges, knives.
- Live organisms: animals, plants, insects.
- Food products: items with a short shelf life, unlabelled liquids.
- Prohibited brands and counterfeit goods: products that infringe intellectual property rights.
In addition, any items prohibited under the laws of the country of origin or destination will not be accepted for air transport.
